Orkut- add friends easily

ADD FRIENDS EASILY

This trick is invented directly by orkut.They just created a Invite a Friend on the home page through that you can add more than 100 friend's.

1.Now: Navigate to - http://www.orkut.com/Main#Invite.aspx

2.Now Enter Email Addresses to add as your friend(s) - Make sure the members are active on orkut.

3.Enter the captcha.

4.Submit

5.Now: You will see option to add the profiles as your friend just select all the check boxes and all the profiles will be sent request automatically.

Multiple G-talks

MULTIPLE GOOGLE TALK IS POSSIBLE BY RUNNING THE GTALK WITH A SWITHCH CALLED /nomutex

THE FOLLOWING IS THE PROCEDURE FOR PUTTING THE SWITHCH TO THE SHORTCUT ICON:-
To edit existing Google Talk shortcut:

1)Right click on the Google Talk shortcut.

2)On the right click contextual menu, click on Properties.

3)Go to Shortcut tab on Google Talk Properties window.

4)On the Target textbox, add in the /nomutex to the end of the line so that it looks like below (or you can simply copy and paste the below syntax and replace the original).
“c:\program files\google\ google talk\googletalk. exe” /nomutex

5)Click on OK.


To create a new shortcut for Google Talk:

1)Right-click on the desktop or anywhere you want to place the GTalk shortcut.

2)Select New on the right click context menu.

3)Then select Shortcut.

4)Copy and paste the following line to the text box when prompted to type the location of the item:
“c:\program files\google\ google talk\googletalk. exe” /nomutex

5)Click on Next.

6)Give the shortcut a proper name such as Google Talk or Google Talk Multiple or Google Talk Polygamy.

7)Click OK until you are done.

[Update] Orkut introduces new IPL - Nokia Knight Rider theme

With the on going IPL fever all over the India, Orkut has now introduced a very good looking IPL theme for "Nokia Knight Rider" Fans. Personally I like this theme more than the Carnaval theme [. This new theme has a nice Gradient effect which makes it look cooler. Take a look at the screenshot below.



The theme also changes the Orkut logo at the bottom of the screen. Take a look at this screenshot...

►Note that this theme is temporary and will only be available until 24th May. So hurry up and grab this cool piece of Orkut theme before time runs out.

►To activate this theme please goto your Orkut Edit Profile Page and select the Nokia - Knight Riders theme.

►There are still some orkut members who have not got this update

Also we may expect some more themes for other IPL teams as well.
